Dian's Depot is a modest coffee shop located right inside the Attleboro Commuter Rail station, making it a practical stop for locals who need a quick caffeine fix or a light bite before catching their train. The shop’s main draw is its freshly roasted coffee, which rotates through featured flavors weekly, offering a slightly more curated experience than your average station coffee stand. For those passing through, it’s an easy place to grab a warm cup during chilly mornings or a day spent on the go.

The atmosphere is straightforward and welcoming, shaped largely by the friendly counter staff who recognize regular commuters and remember their usual orders. This connection makes it feel less like a transient spot and more like a small corner of community—especially valuable for a place in a busy transit hub. Though seating space is limited, it suits those who want a quick pause rather than a long sit-down.

The bakery selection, featuring a variety of muffins (blueberry, corn, chocolate chip), pastries like apple turnovers and rugalahs, and simple toasted bagels with cream cheese or peanut butter, complements the coffee options well. These items, along with the changing breakfast offerings that are still being developed, cater mostly to commuters looking for a straightforward, satisfying start to their day rather than an elaborate meal.

One practical note for visitors: Dian’s Depot operates on a cash-only basis, which can catch some guests off guard, though there is an ATM available on site. This setup echoes the shop’s small-scale, no-frills vibe and encourages a quick, efficient transaction process—something many commuters appreciate when the train is minutes away.

Overall, Dian’s Depot fits seamlessly into the rhythm of everyday Attleboro rail travelers who value a genuinely friendly touch, consistently good coffee, and quick service that respects the fast pace of transit life. Morning hours tuned to train schedules mean it’s best for early risers and daily commuters rather than casual afternoon visits.

Friendly staff, good coffee and snacks. Definitely a stop before your train arrives. Such a welcoming place and good to get out of the cold.

The girl who works the counter is great. She's always extremely friendly and remembers what I typically order each morning (impressive when you think of the number of people who pass through this train station each day). Very nice setup.

Awesome coffee when you're waiting for the train! Staff is quick and genuine and do a great job. I only ding it one star because it's cash only, which today in 2019 is kind of an inconvenience.

Friendly and sociable staff, everyone seems to love the coffee here (I'm not a coffee drinker), and they have papers, snacks, and other drinks as well. Rick, the proprietor, is also currently trying out breakfast foods with the regulars; they're not generally available yet, but keep an eye out! Be aware they are cash-only though, including for train tickets. They have an ATM on-site but it's a 3rd party ATM that charges a $3 fee on top of whatever your bank charges.

A great coffee shop for the Attleboro, Ma Commuter Rail stop. Fast friendly service. Good prices. Nice muffins and other assorted breakfast items. Hours follow major train routes, mornings only.

The cafe is at the Attleboro train station. The young woman at the counter is very polite and friendly. She seems to enjoy her job and is always ready to make a recommendation when asked.

The staff is incredibly friendly and quick, making it a great coffee stop at the Attleboro train station. The chocolate chip muffin was loaded with gooey chocolate chips, and its golden top added the perfect touch. With its soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture, the muffin was the ideal solo indulgence to start my morning.
